I agree, though the thing is, in order for KOF XIV to be another Dream Match title, they would have to redraw (or re-design) the remaining characters in HD sprites (?) who appeared throughout KOF 2003 & KOF XI, them being:

3.) Malin Adelheid,
4.) Jhun Hoon,
5.) Ryuji Yamazaki,
6.) Blue Mary,
7.) Shingo Yabuki,
8.) Hinako Shijou,
9.) Chizuru,

12.) Kusanagi,
13.) Adelheid Bernstein,
14.) Mukai,
15.) Duck King,
16.) Oswald,
17.) Sho Hayate,
18.) B. Jenet,
19.) Momoko,
20.) Gai Tendo,
21.) Silber,
22.) Jyazu,
23.) Tung Fu Rue,
24.) Hotaru Futaba,
25.) Vanessa,
26.) Ramon,
27.) Kasumi Todoh,
28.) Eiji Kisaragi,
29.) Geese Howard,
30.) Mr. Big,
31.) Chang Koehan,
32.) Shion, &
33.) Magaki,

as well as Omega Rugal, Chris, Shermie, & Yashiro (just like they did for 33+ characters for KOF XIII), & create more backgrounds, winning quotes, endings, etc., & that will take a lot of time, & a lot of work & effort.

And if it were up to me, I would throw in both the 360 versions of KOF '98 UM, & KOF 2002 UM as bonuses (unlockables) on one disc. I'm very positive that all three next gen consoles will have more than enough disc space to have all three of those games by then.

They sure spent a ton of effort creating some incredible sprites here. I would absolutely love to see all of these characters make it into a future KoF game. SNK has built something amazing with XIII and i hope they build upon the foundation that theyve created. Here's hoping we'll see some of these sprites used for an update to XIII or even better yet...KoF XIV =)

I am KoF noob and actually was a kof hater but after seeing how good this game really is and thinking about how much money I waste with crapcom I pay whatever for a kof update or new game I just want more KOF!!!!!!!!!!

Those are some REALLY good sprites to just be for trading cards. I hope they don't let the negativity surrounding Capcoms habit of releasing update games prevent them from giving us this stuff, because I would honestly LOVE to pay for a KOF13 Ultimate Match; If all these characters are in there it would be well worth it.
